Individual Coaching Programme

With our individual coaching programme, the coach works with the client to understand their current behaviours and how to develop or change for the future.

This development can be in the client's current role, or developing to move to the next level of management.Coaching agendas vary with each client. The coaching agenda is usually a combination of the client and the organisational need.

360 degree feedback, Baron EQI, MBTI, stakeholder feedback are all methods of assessment that can be used at the start of the coaching process to develop the coaching agenda.Clients may already have identified their development needs without the use of assessment methods.

Duration of coaching is dependent on the client and varies from 6 to 12 months. For real change to embed it will take at least 12 months work between the client and the coach. Example of typical coaching agendas are: Leadership development, Strategic Agility, Influencing & Networking in a corporate environment, Team Effectiveness, and Business Performance.
