Yvonne Fagan Coaching was set up in July 2008 by Yvonne Fagan. Yvonne is a qualified behavioral coach with postgraduate qualifications in executive coaching and mentoring, coaching psychology and team coaching and a masters qualification in executive coaching and leadership.
Yvonne's corporate experience includes 10 years in the sales and IT industry where she held a senior consultant role developing executives, senior teams and first line managers. Yvonne has also spent 10 years working in the Irish SME and finance executive and team coaching and also holds a degree in marketing.
The selection of coaching work that Yvonne has completed ranges from:

- Emotional intelligence.
Coaching clients range from first line managers, senior executives, senior teams and SME clients. Her coaching development work focuses on the needs of the coaching client which can be self confidence, self belief, building relationships, influencing, communication, personal development and work performance.
Yvonne is a coach practice tutor on Smurfit Business School Advanced Management Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching and also part of coaching faculty on Sales and Management Diploma and High Impact Leadership programme. Yvonne is an associate of Peter Bluckert Coaching in the UK.
